And once your business is fully operational we have the ability to make market-specific refinements that will fine-tune your Panago to reflect the needs and desires of your designated trade area.
At Panago, we give our franchisees the best mentorship and support in the business. As a new franchisee, we provide everything you need to open and operate a successful Panago store. Our support begins with an intensive seven-week training program that consists of six weeks of hands-on training, held in a designated training store, covering all aspects of running your own Panago business, followed by one week of management training, held at our head office in British Columbia.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS + SUPPORT
Panago’s support of new franchisees doesn’t end with our training program. Our head offices in Toronto, ON and Abbotsford, BC are there to provide the coaching you need. And when you open your store, we provide a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will help you manage staff recruitment and store opening details. And as your franchise momentum builds, your BDM will provide assistance in planning and executing local promotions and community initiatives.

The purchasing power of Panago lowers food costs without sacrificing quality. Food inventory and packaging supplies are delivered directly to each store twice weekly. Our labour matrix controls staffing levels in order to maximize the return on labour costs. The latest conveyor ovens ensure a consistent, high-quality product and our theoretical food cost control system helps minimizes waste and maximize profit.
