We’re committed to doing everything we can to make the franchise process as smooth as possible. Our Development department will work with you to source high-potential locations of 1,200-1,500 sq. ft. with an optimized trade area of up to 20,000 households. We research and analyze territory demographics, competition spreads, key economic indicators and future growth trends. We’ll negotiate a lease agreement for up to ten years and ensure that your Panago is ideally positioned for visibility, ease of access and optimal customer flow.
From initial site selection to the final touches of store construction, we're right there with our franchisees. Once a site has been chosen, Panago will assist with lease negotiation and real estate management. Our Construction team co-ordinates all aspects of store construction, developing architectural drawings to suit your location, managing contractors, costs and timelines and designing your store layout for maximum operational efficiency from front to back.
Our Development team is there to help you arrange the best financing available.
