From time to time, at the user’s discretion, Panago collects, maintains and uses visitor information such as name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address in order to respond to requests to provide further information. this information may also be used, upon permission from the user, to provide information updates regarding the success and growth of Panago Pizza in the future.

In addition, each time you submit an application for a Panago Franchise, we collect the personal information that is required to help process your application. This personal information includes your name, phone number, address, credit and financial information and other relevant personal details.

We retain your personal information in our database and we utilize security measures to keep your information safe. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

 
REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you do not enter into a franchise relationship with Panago, your personal information will be destroyed after 6 months, unless otherwise directed by you. If you do enter into a franchise relationship with Panago, the personal information you provide will be retained for such period of time as is reasonably necessary for legal or business purposes, after which it will be destroyed.
