5 weeks to start

Our operations support begins with an intensive five-week training program of four weeks of hands-on, in-store training, covering all aspects of running your own Panago Pizza business, followed by one-week of management training sessions. Training is an ongoing process and Panago staff are always ready to support continuous learning and development that inspires every step of the way.

A personal business manager

Your Business Development Manager (BDM) can help navigate every business challenge you may encounter. Experienced, helpful and fully committed to your Panago’s success, your BDM is there as a coach and guide for business planning, local/community marketing efforts and training. These BDM’s are at the core of our operational systems and are experts in understanding how to build a successful Panago.

Food inventory and packaging supplies are delivered fresh twice a week.
Our labour matrix controls staffing levels so that you can maximize the return on your labour costs.
Our food cost control system helps minimizes waste and maximize profit.

Double decker conveyor ovens cook pizzas in a whopping five minutes, ensuring consistency of product and potential for profit.

Dispatch Area

Easy-to-use systems provide enhancements like heated delivery bags, plus organized and various advanced operational flow. All technology supports fast out-the-door times and greater driver efficiency.

An open concept creates a theatre for every pizza made, while ensuring customers can interact with staff. Our nothing-to-hide open space also showcases our food quality in action.

SELECTING YOUR LOCATION

Our Development Department will work with you to select from approved locations in our targeted areas. Our search includes insights on territory demographics and competition spreads as well as key economic indicators and future growth trends. Our research is there to compliment your own insights about whether a location is right for you.

BUILDING YOUR STORE

From store construction to the final interior touches, our Construction Team will coordinate all aspects of your store build. From site-specific architectural drawings to contractors, costs and timelines, we’ll help you get from concept to opening.

Non-Traditional

Panago has opened non-traditional locations to expose even more customers to the brand. Store design and operational flow has been adapted specifically to fit each location. Current examples include:
• Dana Food Service partnership, a small cafeteria-style, grab-and-go location at the Toyota plant in Cambridge, Ontario
• Aramark, one of Canada’s leading food service companies features a kiosk at the Manulife Centre in downtown Toronto
• A highway service station in Clairmont, BC

Great pizza starts with quality ingredients without artificial colours and flavours. All ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni and salami are made from pork raised without the use of antibiotics. Our Italian tomato sauce is now also made from 100% certified organic tomatoes and spices. Dough is made fresh in store daily and we offer dairy-free Daiya™cheeze options for vegans.
